Josue Chavez All-League Pack-8 Boys Varsity Soccer
Josue Chavez gets All-League Pack-8 for the second time his two years of playing for high school. Josue has showed his teammates and coach he can give his all in the games and at practices. At the games, Josue and his teammates would play with their heart and not give up at the games. Whether they won or lost, they knew they did their best on the field. Throughout the whole season I was taking pictures of the team. I would see Josue try his best to get the team to score and not give up. Even though there was a lot of misunderstandings in the games the boys knew how to win and lose as a team. Josue and the rest of the players did a great job throughout the season and they never gave up. No matter the ups and downs in the season, they played as a family and as a team. Coach Brafman did a great job training the boys and teaching them new techniques.
“It’s an honor being All League for the Pack 8 because of the amount of talent we have in our league. This is my second year making all league & my experience this year playing varsity was amazing! The thrill of competing with my teammates from different schools was so fun. I will keep playing soccer for this school next year! Some of the best memories were the games that were just fun to play honestly. My teammates, every single one of them pushed me to keep going and get better and better with every practice and game. I can never thank them enough for what they’ve done for me! For my last year I just hope it’s a good year overall, our goal is to make CIF again & hopefully win the league.” -Josue Chavez (11th, Varsity soccer player, Captain)
