Where Do You See Yourself in Ten Years?

“I see myself as a firefighter, built, successful, and happy. I want to be married by that time and have kids. I want twins, two twin boys. I’ll probably name them something like Josh and Jack.  I’ll have my kids do MMA and a ton of sports. I’ll be living a happy life with my family.” -Joel (11)
“In ten years I see myself with a steady career and in a home with my beautiful children and husband. Also, with my cats and dogs. I’ll probably still be in living somewhere in California. Also, I see myself with a beautiful green jeep.” -Jocelyn Medina (11)
“In ten years I will be twenty-eight, so I hope I have a great job as a fourth-grade elementary teacher. I hope I will be married with two kids and a house of my own. I’ll have an amazing and supporting husband who always encourages me to do my best. In ten years, I hope I’m happy, because happiness is important.” -Lesley Maldanado (12)
“In ten years I see myself with a great education. I want to have a steady job by then, with a nice house. Also, I want to have a really nice car. I don’t think I’ll be married by then because I don’t want to get married too soon. I definitely won’t have kids because kids are gross, and they ruin your life.” -Carlos Ruelas (11)
“I see myself either going to school or already working as an OBG nurse or a Nurse Practitioner. An OBG nurse is where you take care of babies. I really want to be successful with my job. I also see myself in a committed relationship, with maybe a few kids. I want to be living in a nice apartment or a house, I really don’t care where I live as long as it’s stable. I’ll either live here or go back to Colorado. In ten years, I see myself living a great life.” -Marissa Maes (11)
“I see myself in ten years still going to college, because I plan on being a vet. When I go to Sacramento State, that’s already 4 years to major in biochemistry. After that I’ll go to UC Davis and major in Veterinary Medicine, which is eight years. Then, since I want to work on rodents and reptiles, I have to do another 3 years in residency with a vet. So, in ten years I’ll still be in school, if not then I’ll be a vet myself. I don’t know if I’ll be married by that time, but I know I’m probably going to move to Southern California. ” -Kameron Ybarra (12)
“I’m definitely going to college after high school, for the whole four years. I might also go for two years then transfer somewhere else, like Cal Poly.  I really want to be a teacher, or maybe a translator. I want to be married by at least 24, and I also want one or two kids. If I don’t stay in Santa Maria then I’ll probably move to Las Vegas, somewhere fun like that.” -Alma (12)
