This past week, Panther band director Cindy Wehlander and drum major Jovanny Medina were invited to the Orcutt Lions Den where they were showered with trophy ribbons earned at this year’s Christmas parade.  Not only did they receive the first place award, they were honored as the parade Grand Champions.
