This year for the girls volleyball was not what they had expected, but they continued to play a good game each time. Continuing onto the next season for Varsity, the girls and Coach Perez are looking to have more determination, drive and attitude. Shaking off mistakes and learning how to fix them will help them get better for their next season. For both Varsity and Junior Varsity their biggest loss was against Orcutt Academy, it was an amazing game and they believed they should’ve won. The most improved athletes this season were Emma Ruiz and Nour Gali. Also, the most hard working were Marissa Morales and Karen Chavez. Junior Varsity Coach Brafman said that next season they could build more mental strength and confidence to have a better season and attitude going into the games.
