Congratulations to our four Seniors (Fernando Aguilar, Joe Arriola, Christian Morin and Nathan Trevino). The whole varsity squad fought their hardest to achieve the 70-65 win over the Saints. Friday night’s win will be remembered as one of the most suspenseful victories for a long time. Coach Ross clearly drills full court pressing techniques into his players as the Saints had little breathing room against Pioneer’s defense. However, in the end, it was the free throws that iced the game for the Panthers. Isiah Guerro and Christian Morin lead the charge offensively while Nathan Trevino used his height to keep opponents out of the key. Great job team!
