Last Wednesday night our panthers played against SLO. Our boys were ready to play and take the win. They didn’t care how hard the competition was they still played out there with their hearts and didn’t give up at all. During the first half the game was not as intense as it was during second half. Coach Brafman was screaming his lungs out to his players to get them to do what they had to do on the field to score and not let the ball get to his goalie. In the second half the refs were not marking the right fouls and PVHS players were getting mad and so was the coach. First goal was scored by Rigo Maldonado on a penalty kick second goal was a beautiful goal scored by Edwardo aka Lolo. These two goals got the Panthers on the lead and they fought till the whistle was blown. During second half SLO scored the two goals to catch up to PVHS. The game got intense and the refs had to give extra time and they played a 20 minute game with each half of 10 minutes at the end PVHS lost against SLO.
