Today the Link Crew leaders got together to organize and recognize some of the freshmen that have been working hard threw out the year. An email was sent out to the freshmen teachers and they were asked to choose a student that has been showing outstanding performance  inside and outside of school. Maybe the students have been achieving high academic scores, or working hard in sports or motivating others peers. The Link crew leaders set up a surprise lunch date with them and they all enjoyed a free subway meal. In that meal came a sandwich, cookie, chips, water and candy. The freshmen were pulled out of there 5th period class and were rewarded with a lunch meal while the rest of the freshmen’s were in class. Are you a freshmen that wants to be pulled out of a class and have a free meal? Put in some work like these freshmen’s have been and next time it could be you!
