What’s Next For FFA You May Ask!

Would you like to attend the first FFA meeting of the year? Well on Wednesday September 18 FFA will be having their first meeting and they will be happy for you to attend. It will be held in the cafeteria. There will be a lot of games, referred to as icebreakers, such as castle ball and spicy challenges. There will also be free food such as hotdogs. The theme will be jersey’s, so dress into your favorite sports team! I suggest you bring your ID card to receive credits in your AG class. Hope you have a fun time at the first FFA meeting!

“Some advice that I give to new FFA members is to be out there and be involved in what you can because that’s how you meet new people and that way your more successful in FFA and in general. For me being involved really helped me grow new relationships. I recommend being confident to interact with other people and make sure to attend to as many meetings as possible because that’s where you grow those relationships that last for a long time”-Elizabeth Pantoja(10)
“I really encourage freshmen to show up to the meeting because its a really great experience and its it the first monthly meeting of the year so freshmen are able to see what it is all about and how the activities work as well. We will be providing hot dogs. I recommend to get there 5 mins early so you can get a good seat. You will get to meet the officers as well as the green hand officers. So its a really great experience for the freshmen’s”-Robert Perez(10)
