On Your Mark, Get Set, Go

Armed with only a pencil and a piece of paper the fearless students of PVHS room 312 Introduction to Art attacked the first drawing assignment with vengeance and passion. The freedom of summer clouded their minds as they launched forward to complete the assignment of drawing five pictures in five days. The budding artists only paused to periodically glace at their phones to make sure that their world hadn’t ended while they sharpened, sketched and shadowed their early masterpieces. Three heads, one eye and one elephant. Step by step, line by line, erase mark after erase mark. In the end a few stood out. Some of the students were exhausted by the drill while some were just tired to be back on the school schedule. The pictures that are presented here are the first pieces in our series. We hope to bring to you, the Panther Tales community, some of the finest works created by fellow students and staff. We appreciate any comments and look forward to your reviews.
