Thanksgiving is just around the corner! Are you looking forward to Thanksgiving, because I know I am! Thanksgiving is a lot of people’s favorite time of the year because they get to eat their favorite food and It’s a time to be thankful for everything.  It is a day that you should spend with the people you love and appreciate, and thank them for everything they have done for you! Here is what some of our panther students said about their plans for Thanksgiving:

“For Thanksgiving I am just spending the day with family at my house. I get to reunite with my sister who has been away at college. We will be eating turkey, my mom’s amazing mashed potatoes, my grandma’s stuffing, and many more good foods.” – Isabella Rosas (11)

Jesus Martinez: “For Thanksgiving, we usually go to my grandmother’s house and eat some turkey and have some ponche and have some other drinks. We don’t do too much on Thanksgiving but I get to hang out with my family and spend time with them.” (11).

Alexis Dehorta: “On Thanksgiving, I go to my mom’s side of the family and then to my dad’s side so I get to have two Thanksgiving dinners. As a tradition, we eat turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, and we eat this special macaroni.” (10).

Luis Esparza: “On Thanksgiving I am going to my grandmothers house. I get to eat turkey and be grateful for everything I have accomplished and have received in life. I am also looking very forward to eating pumpkin pie!” (11).

Jonathan Navarro: “On Thanksgiving I am going to be at my cousin’s house. I will be with my brothers, cousins, aunts, and friends.
