“It’s been a great experience and hopefully everyone has a great time watching the show. The people I’ve met and the bonds I’ve made have been the highlight of this whole experience. I play Chuck Cranston who’s just this really awful dude and I think Miss V chose me for the role to challenge me because I’m the total opposite of Chuck.” (Goku Rivas 10)
“I play Principal Clark. I’m excited to perform the play. One thing I enjoyed was getting to meet new people I would never have talked to before. There’s a lot of work on and off stage. It’s very time consuming but in the end it’ll pay off. Footloose is a very energetic and large production. We spent so much time on it and hope you enjoy the show.” (Michael Laihez 12)
“It’s gone by so fast yet so slow. I’m most excited for the moment when people come to see the show. The dances are well choreographed and the songs are catchy. The crew works very hard, and are basically our babysitters, and they don’t any recognition. The cast is really funny and enjoyable to be around. We are here everyday working hard after school and it’s going to be a great show.”
(Robert Zarate 10)
“Since it’s my first year it is an experimental experience. I’m going to try to have as much fun as I can. Being apart of Footloose has helped me learn and improve in skills that I didn’t know I had. I’m most excited for the first show. I’ve never done a show in front of an open audience before. My favorite part of Footloose is everything. I just can’t choose.” (Julio Tadakee 10)
