On Thursday, October 18, there was a domestic violence march that honored victims and survivors that have been through domestic assaults. They marched from City Hall to Santa Maria High School. After the march, there was a conference held in the Santa Maria High School auditorium where speakers spoke and helped raise awareness about domestic violence. They had guest speakers talked about a victim that has passed away due to domestic violence.
