Chumi Takes a Trip to FIDM and Fashion Show

Mrs. Diaz’s  Advanced clothing and Fashion class this past  Friday went to FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising). They also got VIP seats for the  Debut Fashion Show. This is a scholarship fundraising event which is usually attended by industry notables, fashion celebrities, and FIDM alumni. It was partnered with Born This Way (Lady Gaga’s Foundation). The celebrities  who were participants in the runway were James Charles, Nikita Dragun, Patrick Starr, Kian Lawley, Laura Mellado, Kandee Johnson and, Drew Scott.

“This past Friday I went to LA to visit FIDM and a Fashion show. I went with the Advanced Clothing and Fashion class. It was an amazing experience. I got to take a tour around the campus and saw many celebrities at the fashion show such as James Charles, Patrick Starr, Laura Mellado, Nikita Dragun and Kian Lawley. I had a blast and would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Diaz.” -Chumi Flores
