Congratulations to Cindy Wehlander, Gretchen Harrelson, and the PVHS Marching Band and Color Guard for their outstanding performance this past Saturday at the Pismo Beach Clam Festival and Parade.  The crowd went wild when they marched by.  They sounded perfect and they looked  amazing.  Those flags and the new uniforms are beautiful.  I had many people tell me how impressed they were. How proud we are of our Panther Band and how they represent us.  And this was after a full half-time show Friday night. They received 1st place in Band, Color Guard, and Drum Major. What a showing.
